High school sophomore seeks restraining order against her accused student-harasser

Sophomore says the bully needs to be stopped, that the school is unwilling to intervene, and hopes the court will stop the harassment 'before something really bad happens.'

A Marysville High School sophomore is seeking a restraining order against a 15-year-old student she says harasses her with verbal threats and text messages.

"She and I don't like each other and I go about my way when she takes the littlest things and tries to turn it into something important," the sophomore said in court documents. "I want her to leave me alone. I have tried to avoid her, but she always puts herself in my path."
