The teacher allegedly used his cellular phone to take pictures beneath the dresses of two of his students in class at Arnold Middle School at 11111 Telge in Cypress on May 28, said Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Chief Mark Herman.
The teacher was placed on administrative leave with pay, district officials said. No charges have been filed and the teacher's name has not been released, Herman added.
